How Profit Sharing Works

Profit shares are calculated based on overall monthly trading results. After deducting mandatory taxes and administrative service charges, net profits are distributed proportionally to group members.

Net Profit = Gross Profit - STCG Tax - 35% Admin Service Charge

Investment & Limits

Capital Range: Min deposit ₹50k, max deposit ₹13 Lakhs per individual.
Family Allocations: To invest beyond ₹13 Lakhs, additional investments can be registered under immediate family members or nominees.
Security Coverage: Formal security documents will be issued for investments of ₹8 Lakhs or higher.
Top-Up Option: Members can top-up and expand their investment capital at any time.
Non-Guaranteed Returns: Profits vary depending on market conditions. Historical monthly average is 8% - 10%.

Withdrawal & Liquidation Policy

Anytime Liquidation: Notify the Admin prior to withdrawal. Capital refund is processed within 15 to 30 days.
Profit Cutoff: From withdrawal request date until payout receipt, no profit share is applicable.
6-Month Re-entry Lockout: Full capital withdrawal restricts the individual from re-investing for 6 months.
Partial Withdrawal Limit: Maximum of 1 partial withdrawal per month permitted. Exceeding this may result in full balance return and group removal.

Group Discipline & Confidentiality

Strictly no forwarding of group updates, operational methods, or trading screenshots to external parties.
Non-investors are excluded from official communication channels. Membership is exclusive to active depositors.

The Admin holds full authority over stock selection, trade strategy execution, and group membership.
Terms and group rules may be updated as necessary with prior official notice to active investors.
